Hi,
Thank you for follow up query.

I saw the pics. You are having hashimoto's thyroiditis. you need thyroid supplements like levothyroxine or eltroxin. Excessive sleepiness, fatigue are common
symptoms in hypothyroidism
Consult an endocrinologist as soon as possible and get clinically examined to rule out goitre

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have already started taking Thyronorm 75 mcg for almost two weeks. But there has been very little improvement. I was expecting a quicker response. I still struggle with drowsiness during day time. This is affecting my productivity during the day. :(

Usually how long does it take to show its effects? Do you suggest to continue or increase the strength of the medicine? Please advise.

you should continue thyronorm

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank your for follow up query.

You can to continue Tab Thyronorm 75Mcg for rest of your life. Regular physical activity, healthy diet like lentils, vegetables and fruits can improve your condition. Avoid smoking,Red meat, alcohol if any. Atleast it takes 3 months to improve your condition, as your reports are too drastic. Repeat Thyroiid profile after 3 months
