What Do The Following Ultrasound Reports Indicate?

Question: I am now 7 weeks pregnant and had a scan that showed both hearts beating. Twin was beating at 128 BPM and Twin B was at 99 BPM. I am concerned because my doctor stated that Twin B is dating 5 days behind Twin A. I wanted to know is this uncommon and should I be worried? I do know that my twins are fraternal and do not share the same sac. I also know that my ultrasound showed I ovulated from both ovaries so I most likely got pregnant from two different eggs per the radiologist that did my scan. I have a corpus leteum on both ovaries so this is how they knew I ovulated from both. Should I be concerned about my next scan in two weeks for Twin B or do twins typically develop at different rates?
Brief Answer:
Twin B is showing good signs
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have twins with different growth rate at advanced gestation but right now it is very early to have change in growth right now.
And this low fetal heart rate of 99 is worrisome
So in my opinion eventually twin B will not survive and Twjn A will stay well.

So what will happen to Twin B if it does not survive? Will I miscarry and expel that baby? Or will it just stay there and not harm the other? Very confused and I thought the heartbeat rate was in range for the dates of the gestation?
Brief Answer:
Usually surviving twin is safe
Detailed Answer:
No dear ideally heart beat of the baby should be more than 120 and mostly more than 140 so this is very less.
Most likely this twin B will get aborted in the form of expulsion and slight bleeding or resorption inside itself.
It is common and usually in 75-80% cases there is no harm to the survivor twin.
All the best
