What Do The Following Urine Test Reports Indicate?
Question: I Jainith Rathi XXXXXXX aged 33 years, weight 45kg and height 4.9 feet, have been suffering from frequent urination and burning sensation problem for over one month. Her problem gets worse in night to till morning. Morning to evening I feel alright. What should I do? Recently, I had laparoscopy for gallbladder removal due to gall stones.
I have enclosed my recent urine routine and microscopy and urine culture examination report for your kind perusal and further advice.

We've already had a detailed discussion on the treatment of urinary infection.
Specific treatment with oral antibiotic, according to culture report is routine advice.
There's no relation to the laporoscopy surgery.
After a course of treatment with Levofloxacin tablet or Ceftum,it should be cured.
Drink about two liters fluids daily,especially in the day time.

Dear Doctor,
As suggested, jainith has started consuming levofloxin 500mg from today. she has taken first dose at around 4pm. Now at around 10pm she is having body ache, headache, feeling chill and sensation of vomitting.
what should we do?

It could be an allergic reaction. Safest to see a doctor. She will need to take an anti-histamine tablet.
Change the antibiotic to Ceftum.
One week course of Ceftum is good enough to clear the UTI.
It's best done after an examination by a doctor.
