What Do These BP Readings Indicate?
No worries, not a hypertension. Just normal variation sof systolic pressure
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. A blood pressure is called hypertension when it constantly stays up high no matter what you do, you sleep, you walk, you lie down it does not come down. Rest variation in blood pressure with diet , lifestyle, daily activities etc is perfectly normal . That is need of the hour. But if it is coming down then it is not hypertension> For example you had anxiety / panic attack, that is definitely causing shoot out of BP but pressures drops back to normal. Similarly if a person runs in an exercise or sprints then the blood pressure may shoot to even 200 and above . Systolic blood pressure varies all the time. Diastolic pressure stays constant below 100 if there is no disease. If you see your readings, none of your diastolic has even reached 90. So that is a good thing. It is a normal variation and not a disease. So no worries.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
