What Do These CT Brain Findings Indicate?

CT can shows an area of bleeding.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted the CT brain findings, and it shows an area of bleeding on the right side of brain.
We need to find out the cause of bleeding in a young woman of 32 years age. An important cause to be ruled out would be cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST), where there is clotting of blood in brain veins. The can be diagnosed by doing MRI and venogram of brain.
High blood pressure and any bleeding derangements (as found out by blood tests) should also be excluded as causes of brain bleeding.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

It was possibly a seizure.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
This bleeding would resolve on its own in a month or so, and no specific treatment is needed for that. Only for large bleeds in brain, surgery is needed.
Your recent description is suggestive of a complex partial seizure, which can occur with bleeds in cortex, as in your wife's case. She should be started on anti-epileptic drug such as oxcarbazepine to prevent the recurrence of similar episodes in future.
Best wishes,
