Brief Answer:
Findings suggests mild degenerative changes in cervical spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX XXXX

Findings suggests mild degenerative changes in cervical spine.
Degenerative changes are generally age related findings. It is due to chronic stress on annulus fibrosis.Findings are early in your case.

1.There are disc bulge at two levels without compression effects.
2.There are mild spondylotic changes in cervical spine.

Majority of degenerative disc disease patients are benefited by conservative treatment in the form of physiotherapy, analgesics and muscle relaxants.
Since you have mild findings,I suggests for physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy helps in strengthening of paraspinal muscles and it prevents further changes.

There are also features of chronic sinusitis and volume loss in right maxillary sinus. You may need specific treatment after evaluation.
CT scan of PNS can be done for proper evaluation.
Treatment depend upon findings.

Brain MRI findings are normal.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
