Brief Answer:
Some obstruction in smooth passage of air in and out of lungs

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.
Your report is suggestive of mild obstructive lung disease which is a common manifestation of crest syndrome or scleroderma.

Obstructive lung disease means there is obstruction or hindrance in smooth passage of air from lungs to the outside of environment and vice versa.

FEV1 is ok but FEV1/FVC is bit low.

Here I would like to know what all symptoms you are having? Are you taking any medicine?
Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes
