Is There Any Home Therapy To Treat Sceloderma Causing Skin Thickening In Jawline And Cheeks?

I have been diagnosed with scleroderma. I have recently gone to the dentist and had a very hard time. The skin thickening has gone into my jaw line and cheeks which caused massive pain while I was there. It felt like I was having continuous charlie horse, which took me a few days to recover from. I have another appointment in four days and was thinking some kind of physical therapy, even at home would help. Do I have to go to a therapist for this, or could home therapy be just as helpful?
