Brief Answer:
SGOT seems normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
SGOT and SGPT are produced in the Liver mainly.
Normal SGOT level is upto 48. As your value is 46,it is normal.
SGOT level is just above normal. But,it is not alarming. SGOT and SGPT the two liver enzymes need attention if the value is more than twice the normal reference. So as you see, your enzyme numbers are not concerning.

As of now,nothing to worry.
Avoid oily foods.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
Avoid Alcohol if you are taking it ,as it is the main cause of increased enzymatic levels .

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
