Question: Hi I am diabetic and my SGPT IS 49 and RBS IS 188

What is your age? How long are you diabetic? Are you on any medication? Do you visit doctor and get annual check up? What is your HbA1c level? What is your blood pressure? Have you measured cholesterol including lipid profile?
Your RBS is 188 and it says you have an uncontrolled diabetes. Your SGPT level is raised too that might be because of uncontrolled blood glucose.
I suggest that you immediately see your doctor for necessary steps. You may need better medication and counseling along with diet structuring.

Worrisome situation

Your uncontrolled blood sugar levels is a worrisome situation.
With better medications, with access to best doctors you should be able to control blood sugars easily now a days.
This is not a dangerous situation but soon will lead to.
The HbA1c is high and says to be chronically uncontrolled. The cholesterol is good and so are the liver enzymes. However due to uncontrolled sugar the fat is being accumulated in the liver. The glucose does not have enough insulin to get into muscles so gets accumulated in the liver.
