Brief Answer:
Report seems not of your wife's.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

I think there has been a mistake in uploading reports. One of the report is not of your wife's as I am not seeing any Vitamin D report in that and the name on the report seems of a male.

In the other report I can see that her TSH level is high and hence I recommend to increase the dose of Thyronorm to 125mcg.

Kindly look into the report upload and confirm it is your wife's report or if not upload her report.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
No problem with Urine

Detailed Answer:
HI

I went through her reports and these are my recommendation.

1. Specific gravity of Urine : Don't worry about that, it's just due to Dehydration. Ask her to drink plenty of water , tender coconut water. Otherwise no other problem in urine report.

2. HDL cholesterol is low and LDL is high : For this level she doesn't require any medications , but she needs to follow the diet and do exercise.

Eat more of fruits , vegetables ( avoid Potato )and slightly reduce intake of Rice. Avoid drinking Carbonated Drinks like Pepsi, Coca cola, etc.

Exercise : Make a habit of exercising everyday. It is OK even if she exercise 5 minutes a day but make sure she exercise every day. It is better if she could exercise 20-30 minutes daily.

Start slowly , start with casual walking and after 4-5 days start walking fast ( Brisk Walking ) and keep increasing the pace or duration every 2 weeks.

Repeat Lipid profile test after 3 months and revert back with report.

TSH level is high and hence I recommend to increase the dose of Thyronorm to 125mcg.

Vitamin D levels are low and hence needs Vitamin D supplement like Tab D-rise 60k 1 tab weekly once for 3 months followed by monthly once for 3 months . Get more exposure to bright sunlight.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
