What Do These Attached Photographs Indicate?
Brief Answer:
Medical attention and investigation sought.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and have checked the attached images. It is not keratois and indeed STDs need to be ruled out (if you have high risk activities). I would suggest you to visit a doctor for the same. Treatment with Doxycyclin should provide relief.

could you please provide more detail based on the provided pictures. thank you
Brief Answer:
Explanation provided.

Thanks for writing back. The third picture (0000_234641.jpg) looks normal. Looking at the second image (0000_233507.jpg) it seems that there could be a possible fungal infection. In such a case application of clotrimazole lotion topically should help in resolution. However, a bacterial infection is also possible where doxycycline should help. The first image (0000_234908.jpg) is a bit confusing. It appears that the scrotum is affected and the bacterial infection seems more likely. Hence the suggestion for doxycycline. Doxycycline is also effective in treating certain STDs. If you indulge in high risk activities it would therefore be a good idea to get things clarified.
Hope that clarifies the line of my thinking.
Regards

OK, what you're saying makes more sense. However, the first picture is actually of my penis head (a close up of what you say looks normal in the third picture.) I've attached another pic to clarify the raised curvy line. no risk taking behavior involved. I have a bad lower back and my testicle have been hurting on and off for years as well.
Brief Answer:
Use clotrimazole lotion.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying. In such a case application of candid (clotrimazole) lotion topically should suffice as I suspect some fungal infection.
About the testilcles hurting, a clinical examination is required. However, use of T-bandage or suspensory bandage (to rest your scrotal sac) should provide relief.
