What Do These Blood And Urine Reports Indicate?
Question: Hi I am 24 years old male.. Past few weeks i feel all day tired and sleepy.. no energy to do work.... feel sick.. so took blood test and urine test... attached the reports !!

They are good and clear and definitely your symptoms are not related to these.
Most likely reason for your tired and sleepy feeling is change in weather to excessive heat and thus loss of water from body.
Take care of following points viz -
- drink ample amount of water and fruit juices daily.
- amongst fruit juices also include cranberry juice and orange juice
- take almonds and walnuts daily
- start taking lemon and honey in water early morning after waking up
- make a sleep schedule and follow it properly
- in general keep your intake of fruits and salads on higher side which will give you antioxidants.

thank you so much doctor... but its been one month ... i have been facing these symptoms. .... at noon after meal my eyes just gets heavy. . it urge me to sleep at any cost... couldnt open my eyes..!!!.. i have not been normal since 6 months... no proper concentration on my work... !!

I am gng through mental stress and had a breakup... family issues......tried a lot to divert my mindd.. but couldnt over come... cant sleep at nyt ...

So in my opinion best option for you will be to avoid evening sleep for a week or two.
You will feel very lethargic and drowsy for a couple of days but then once you are sleep deprived you will definitely fall asleep in night (which might take a day or two sleepless nights).
In addition take less water after 7 pm so that you don't have to go to pee in night time.
Also try to sleep while watching television or playing simple XXXXXXX games so that you don't keep thinking things about your past and relationships.
Also in case you still feel upset and sleepless then can take tablet sertraline after discussing with a psychiatrist as it is a prescription drug.
