Brief Answer:
May be Diabetes needs confirmation by appropriate test.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your question.
You have done blood sugar levels by glucometer which measures capillary blood glucose.
All the levels are high.
BY ADA (American Diabetes Association) for diagnosis of diabetes measurement of venous blood glucose is needed.
You should do OGTT (Oral Glucose tolerance Test) for diagnosis of diabetes.
Hope I have answered your question.

I had a high level sugar food throughout yesterday. And this morning too. Can that be a reason for these readings?
Brief Answer:
Still advisable to do OGTT.
Detailed Answer:
Definitely sugar content in morning food is responsible for high readings.
But this level of high glucometer readings need evaluation to rule out diabetes or Pre-diabetes state.
Considering these readings and obesity you should undergo OGTT.
Hope this helps you.
