Brief Answer:
Possible Megaloblastic anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir

I understand your concern.

I have gone through your reports.

You possibly seem to have Dyslipidemia, with Megaloblastic anemia secondary to Vit D deficiency with possible fatty liver and hepatitis .

This needs correction in the form Vit D supplementation.

Dietary regulation in the form of regular intake of oats and fiber will correct lipid abnormalities.

Pertaining to uric acid elevation drugs like Allopurinol will help when taken on short term basis.

Complete renal profile in the form of renal ultrasound along with blood urea and creatinine will help.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
