What Do These Blood Reports Indicate?

Question: Hello Dr.
My HBA1C is 5.7.
In report, the reference point says that <=5.6 is normal and 5.7 to 6.4 is pre-diabetes.
can you please advice if I need to worry.
Do I need to do further investigation to confirm this?
