Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

After going through the medical details and reports provided by you I would like to tell you that your thyroid levels are perfectly within normal range.

Your cholesterol levels are slightly raised. Now considering your young age group and these slightly deranged cholesterol levels I would like to suggest you following

1. Start going for daily brisk morning walk for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week.

2. Do some exercises when you are not going for walk

3. Avoid junk and deep fried food stuff.

4. Need to avoid sweets

4. Eat good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in daily diet.

5. Drink lots of water.

No need to go for any other test if you don't have any symptoms or problems.

Follow this routine strictly for 3 months and then check your cholesterol levels again.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Kind regards
Dr Bhanu partap
