Your Hepatitis B, C and HIV results are normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C report is normal. It shows that right now you do not have the infection which you have been tested for.
2. In general the test for Hepatitis B and C are conclusive at 6 months. It is conclusive that you do not have HIV I since p24 is normal at 63 days.
3. There is almost nil chance of infection in your case as there was no direct contact of penis with vaginal fluid.
Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Hepatitis B antibody and antigen test is non reactive and therefore normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. The Hepatitis B antibody is 0.30 and under normal situation it should be less than 10 and therefore it is non reactive in your case. Nothing is to be done since your result is normal. Hepatitis B surface antigen is 0 and therefore normal in you.
Hope your query is answered.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. The chances of Hepatitis B or C from this incident is less than 5 percent.
2. The p24 tests only for HIV I and if it is normal at day 62 then you will never get HIV I.
3. The HIV II is to be tested by antibody test after 6 months to confirm that you are not having infection.
4. VDRL non reactive means normal
5. The HSV 1 and 2 IgM and IgG antibodies level cut off is 0.90 usually. However it is important to see your report copy to confirm the cut off used in your diagnostic center. Please attach a copy of your HSV 1 and 2 report.
6. The 0.50 level is not due to any other infection.
7. Only is you develop STD symptoms like butning urination, discharge, rashes or sore in penis then please get tested for a particular STD after consulting doctor.
Hope your query is answered.
