Brief Answer:
You have slightly altered cholesterol levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have uploaded reports of Mr. XXXX and Mrs XXXXXXX

First of all I will tell you about your(XXXX) reports.

You have normal liver function test, normal kidney function test, normal electrolytes, normal sugar and thyroid test.

Your lipid profile is slightly altered.
You have low HDL and high LDL. It increase the risk of coronary heart disease.

You should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Go for regular exercise. Repeat the lipid profile test after 3 months.
No drugs are required right now. But if diet control does not help then drugs like atorvastatins can be taken later on.

Moreover your blood count suggest high eosinophils. It can be due to some allergy, asthma, hypersensitivity or parasitic infection. You should search the cause from your symptoms and then take treatment accordingly.

Mrs XXXXXXX has normal sugar and liver as well as kidney function test.
Her hemoglobin is slightly low with low MCV. It can be due to iron deficiency.
She should take iron rich food like green leafy vegetables, jaggary, dates, dryfruits etc. Her hemoglobin will improve by iron rich food. If it remains low then iron supplements can be given.

Brief Answer:
It depends on your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone though your question. I can understand your concern.
You have high eosinophil counts.

If you have any known allergy then you should avoid that substance. If you have unknown allergy then you should go for allergy testing.

If you have asthma or difficulties in breathing then go for x ray and take treatment accordingly.

If you have any symptoms of parasitic infection like swelling in legs, abdominal pain, rashes then go for testing according to symptoms.

If you don't have any symptoms then nothing to worry. Just repeat your complete blood count after a month.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
