Brief Answer:
Please give feedback...
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Read all the history and the reports you have given and understood your concerns for your father.
Please give me some further information so that I can correlate well.
Was FNAC done to know that this is cancer?
Was an opinion taken of a Surgical Hepatologist? One or two lesions can have better prognosis if are excised surgically.
Who (which Specialist) is treating him at the moment?
Is the diabetes under control?
What are the recent blood reports?
Medicine Sorafenib 200mg is the correct treatment for liver cancer.
Awaiting for your feedback.

Your Father is with the right Doctor, please continue with his treatment. I hope he must have talked about the role of hepatic resection, removal of the cancerous resection, its possibility in your father's case. Please give me the feedback about it.
FNAC proved Hepatocellular carcinoma liver.
Most of the reports are dated 2014.
When was the most recent CT scan/PET scan done - I mean very recently? If done please give details.

CT & PET where done initially after which we started treatment and same doctor suggested to have USG regularly which is enough he said.
Currently we are going for every 3months and test we do are USG and CBT, LFT. Is this period ok?
I have attached CBT+LFT which are from starting latest is dec-1-2015 which is on page-1.
To decide the treatment he asked us to have PET-CT and after that he said we cant go for resection for reasons like my father age, health profile & also body part liver so he ruled it out. Do you think this is an option.
Dosage of sorafenib is 200mg bottle of 30 tablets. 1 tablet per day from last 1.3 yrs is this low dosage or ok?

Brief Answer:
Please take a second opinion of Medical Oncologist.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Well maintained records and serial follow-up USGs are seen. The mass is slowly growing as per the serial USGs.
As for the dosing of the Sorafenib, your treating Doctors takes into consideration many factors and hence the dosing is decided.
It may be wise to take a second opinion of a Medical Oncologist since your Father is on medication, they are specialized only in medical treatment.
The reason for not doing resection are acceptable as told by your Doctor.
