What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: Sir, my aunty had undergone a body check up and we come across that she is suffering from sarcoidosis.We are really worried,please advise what sort of treatment shall we go ahead?

I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Her reports are suggestive of early sarcoidosis.
But I want to know the symptoms of her.
Because asymptomatic sarcoidosis needs close observation only.
If she is Symptomatic like low grade fever, cough, chest tightness, weight loss etc then treatment is needed.

Thanks Dr XXXXXXX Bhavsar for attending my aunt's call.Yes she is having mild fever,loss of weight and occasionally chest pain.She always feels uneasiness.Please advise

She should start with methylprednisolone.

OK. So she is having symptoms. So she needs treatment for sarcoidosis.
Best treatment for sarcoidosis is methylprednisolone. It is oral corticosteroid. It is immuno suppressive and anti inflammatory drug.
Standard dose is 1 mg/kg.. So let me know her weight so that I can guide you the dose.
