Brief Answer:
Iron supplementation is advisable.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking once again on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached reports.
* The hemoglobin is on the lower side. The low serum iron confirms the same. Iron supplementation would be advisable.
* Thyroid profile is normal.
* The stool test is overall normal although reducing substances are present. This indicates incomplete digestion but does not indicate anything concrete. It does not necessarily mean that cow milk allergy is present. However, it would be a good idea to refrain from milk.

Feel free to write back.

Is there indigestion problem? What is best suitable food for baby for overall development? Refrain from milk for how many days or months?

Brief Answer:
Milk can be gradually eliminated entirely

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. A detailed diet chart of what can be given, can be found at:

Noting down so much information would have made the answer unnecessarily long. Pardon me for avoiding that.

At this stage, milk is just an accessory component of the diet provided that the nutrients can be procured from other sources. In such a scenario it is better to gradually exclude milk from diet. Contrary to popular belief, milk is hard to digest and may create problems.

Hopefully that clears your queries.

Thanks for writing back. Tissue Transglutaminase Antibodies (tTG-IgA) can be tested for but more importantly you need to try the dietary advice that I have shared with you.
