What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: I am having little sensation in urinary tract from last 15 days ,but its very less, and sometimes goes completely ,but again I have some discomfort I am having little burning sensation in my stool passage also and gas problem along with it .i have done urine test of mine and its normal,one doctor given me a syrup named as "T-sit" then i got relief for about 7 days but from yesterday same thing started alongwith stool pasaage sensation ,weakness and bit vomiting tendency,My urine is very clear and I don, t have problem while urinating but then also I feel some sensation. I am drinking lots of water a day and have tried home remedies like cucumber, buttermilk .

Sensation of passing stool and discomfort in urethra is most likely to be due to Amoebic Infection of Colon (Amoebic Colitis)

Get your stool examination done to confirm the diagnosis .

Take combination of Ofloxacin and Tinidazole twice daily for 5 days.

Ensure to drink more water

Avoid Spicy food ,and take soft diet with sumptuous quantity of curd .

This should work to resolve the symptoms

SIR PLZ REPLY a doctor recommended me "T-SIT" PALATABLE ALKALISER i took it around 5 days and got relief but again from two days back i started same sensation,then u told me its amoebic infection so i started"OFLOX TRIZADOLE"from yesterday and a syrup named "NEERI" for UTI its herbal, but till now no improvement is there ,SIR can u please suggest should i take that "T-SIT" palatable alkalizer along with it or not?? because from 2 days i have stopped that,SIR plz suggest me, should i take cranberry juice?? i am a student BUT DUE TO THIS DISCOMFORT I AM UNABLE TO COCENTRATE ON MY STUDIES, MY NAME IS XXXXXXX AGE 28 ,THANKOU

tthanku sir ,sir from last few days i feel my stool sometimes sticky and sometimes loose but not that much loose but sticky,and from last 3 days m feeling little burning sensation in stool passage and i have to usually go 3 to 4 times a day though i have been taking non spicy foods now..what can i do for this??can this be related amoebic infection as in urine sensation for which m taking treatment as u said.??

sir i have uploaded my stool report,and have given for culture also that result will come day after tomorrow,today i went to a doctor regarding urine burn problem and sticky stools with gas sometimes,and little loose which i am feeling today with some feeling in my stomach heavy like.from last 3 days i have to go for stool around 4 to 5 times a day and find above appearance,SO WHEN TODAY I MET DOC regarding urine burn and stool he said me that u have problem with semen that is coming out in urine thats why burn is there but of different type,i also sometimes see a small white substance floating over my urine when i do in flask??sir plz tell me can this be a issue???and comment regarding my stool mucous is there as said my lab plzz respond sir.

Thanks for uploading stool report .Presence of mucus,pus cells and bacteria suggest infection of colon (Colitis).

Take following treatment for 5 days
1) XXXXXXX Lomotil twice daily
2) Tab Loparamide thrice daily
3) Tab Norflox twice daily
4) Tab Colospa Retard twice daily .

Drink more water .

Take soft vegetable diet .

Avoid coffee ,milk ,and milk products.

As regards painin urethra it is due o inflammation .of urethra and should go away with above treatment .

sir i went to a doctor regarding my stool and urine burn he gave me medicines for 4 days it is BIGLAC,METROGYL 400,BRAVIA-DSR AND CIPROX-500(CIPROFLOXACIN HYDROCHLORIDE,there is a tablet ciproflaxacin hydrochloride ,i have little doubt ,i m feeling my stool problem has gone but urine burn has increased a bit ,which was not earlier from today evening i m feeling urine burn not too much but it is there more than earlier even if i m drinking plenty of water,so can this be side effect of this tablet ??From past 7 days have taken various types of medicine for urine burn but none of them really helped me first oflox trizdole and now this,,sir cant my urine burn not be treated??m exam is there on saturday but it has increased a bit..plz suggest me what to do.

I M UPLOADING MY URINE tests 2 reports,sir i am taking the medicines you prescribed,but sir i m feeling same i m suffering from last 1 month i want to ask you can this be urethritis or because of any problem in my penis??because normally i do not feel burn ,only a little sensation is there but sometimes when i start urinating i feel little burn sensation then it last for sometimes and then it becomes very less,i just feel it near my urethra,so plz explain me ,i m worried because i don,t know whats happening urine reports are normal then why this burn .. or can it be kidney stones?? plz reply me in detail

which do not reveal any infection .

The mild burning that you have could be either due to inflammation of urethra (Urethritis) or due to concentrated urine .

Take Nitrofurntoin twice daily for 2 weeks and ensure to drink ore water to keep urine dilute .This will help to reduce dysuria.
