What Do These Following Ultrasound Findings Indicate?

Question: Hi I just got my ultrasound results back from my 12 week scan and it says the placenta is on the anterior wall, heterogeneous echo texture of the placenta is noted particularly along the right lateral and fundal aspect but the significance of this finding is uncertain??? My dr said it's fin nothing to worry about but I am worrying an freaking out

Though it is not very common finding, this finding is found in some patients.. This is too early finding for any prediction of is significance.. So don't worry..

Monthly scan to determine the blood flow to the fetus is required.. If decrease in blood supply is detected, aspirin need to be stated at the earliest.. There is nothing much to worry over it.. Just take adequate rest, nutritious diet and adequate water..
