Brief Answer:
The sac is likely to grow normally.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen both the attached reports.
The gynecologist has done the scan herself and has not mentioned the fetal poles or length of the fetus. There is no comment on yolk sac too.
The chances of having a viable pregnancy and a normal baby are present. It can happen due to delayed conception. It is best to get a repeat scan done by a radiologist who will provide you a detailed printed report for a better understanding and future comparison. Do continue with the treatment till then.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
No growth seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
There is almost no growth in the fetal length in last 10 days. The chances of survival of the fetus is very less. Still it is better to get a confirmation scan done by a radiologist for yolk sac and fetal cardiac activity.
Hope my answer is helpful.
