Brief Answer:
You need detailed workup for hypochromic anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history and reports you have shared, your blood picture shows that you are suffering from hypochromic anemia. It would be better if you had shared that mean corpuscular volume too, but still the picture reflects or favors towards iron deficiency anemia.

Anemia in medicine can't be ignored or just replacement is never enough, but detailed work up to establish the cause is mandatory to avoid future drop of hemoglobin. You need to have iron, ferritin, total or iron binding capacity, bilirubin and stool for occult blood labs to establish basic causes of anemia in your case. Also assess yourself and detail any history of bleeding through, gut in stools or in urine, or heavy periods if not reached menopause and any history of renal disease or weight loss? Simmilarly what about dietary intake, are there any specific likes or dislikes regarding green vegetables or meats? Any history of worm infestation? All these things will evaluate next course of action and need to be discussed with your GP.

Meanwhile after sending these levels, you can start taking supplements for iron, B12 and folic acid. Also start taking milk products, meats and green vegetables in adequate quanitities.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
