What Do These Kidney And Liver Function Test Reports Indicate?
Need to get ANA and Ceruloplasmin test. Regular exercise and weight loss
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I have read the deais you have provided and seen the report which you have uploaded.
Low urea levels could be because of liver disease, over hydration or reduction in protien intake. It is not an alarming sing and you should not worry about it.
Your ALT levels are more than two times the upper limit of normal. This needs to be investigated. I would suggest to repeat hepatitis B and C tests and also get blood tests for ANA and serum ceruloplasmin to look for auto immune hepatitis and Wilson's disease.I would also suggest to get a lipid profile done
If these tests are negative then the most likely cause of the railed enzymes is likely to be non Alcoholic steatohepatitis.
The best treatment will include regular exercise( 40 minutes of aerobic exercise per day ), weight loss.
Hope this helps]

My hepatitis b and c are normal and I am trying to loose weight
i hot tested from another lab and uploading the report with my lipid profile report
My only question is that :
Is low blood urea nothing to worry about ?
I hope it is not a sign of liver not converting ammonia to urea and will cause heptic encephalopathy ( i read on Internet and got worried )
Should I repeat urea test or it is nothing to worry about ?
I shall get the test u mentioned in above answer and get them done soon
Don't worry about the Urea Levels
Detailed Answer:
hello,
urea can be low in severe liver diseases. But you don't have to worry about it as your lab tests do not.suggest livers disease severe enough to cause hepatic encephalopathy.
your LDL cholesterol is high. if you are not on any medication then I would suggest to continue exercise and weight loss and repeat it after 6 months if its still high then you will need lipid lowering drugs.

My LDH level is also high does it have any significance ?
Secondly I had a fibroscan last month in XXXXXXX and my result was 9 kpa fibrosis and quiet high fatty liver 345
Also my weight increased significantly in last 5 years
Can my problem be XXXXXXX or auto immune hepatitis ?
If I exercise and loose weight can my liver get normal ?
Is there treatment of auto immune liver disease ?
Also should I take high protein diet like chicken and fish to increase urea in my blood ?
More likely XXXXXXX
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would not worry too much about LDH levels if hemoglobi n is normal.
your problem seems to be more because of XXXXXXX than autoimmune hepatitis, XXXXXXX is usually a diagnosis of exclusion. So I recommend testing for autoimmune hepatitis.
And in answer to tour question about autoimmune hepatitis yes treatment is available for autoimmune hepatitis.
and to answer your last question.the answers is no- you do not need to increase your protein intake to increase the urea.
hope this helps
