Why Did My Doctor Suggest To Meet Nephrologist?

I have taken a lab test and my coopper serum level is elevated (208), as compared to 70-155 normal range. My Ceruloplasmin is within normal range (33.9), and my TSH is also within normal range (2.810). Doc wants me to see a nephrologist. Any thoughts on what this could be?

I'm not sure but probably your lab tests related to kidney like serum creatinine or urine albumin might be abnormal. copper of that amount won't damage the kidney unless it is related to a condition called wilson disease. All the best. if you have any questions feel free to contact me.
