What Do These Lab Reports For Hearing Loss Indicate?

Question: Attached are reports of my 21 year old sister who has a hearing loss due to some internal injury. The docters are recommending a surgery which is also not 100% succesful. What can be the best solution to have her full hearing?

as per your reports your daughter is having a chronic middle ear infection and conductive hearing loss and deviated nose bone
as per reports she should be operated because infection is involving ear bone and the infection can spread
results in ear surgery are variable and also depends on the surgeon also
she should undergo mastoidectomy
hearing in such cases in secondary issue because surgery aims at delimiting the disease

I have been getting hopes from ayurvedic docters that it can be cured using ayurved but it us lenthy and will take time.. But cure is sure. Also i an worried because docter has said that post surgery there will be a metal protruding from the ear for the rest of life.

Please don't waste your time running around
surgery is required in this case but there is nothing like a metal protruding from ear.
I would rather suggest you to take another opinion from another ENT specialist in your proxomity.
in my clinical career, I haven't seen any failure..
