sir any heart disease is their as in report it mentioned think so

so what to do or have to go any check ups further or anything.

Thanks again for writing back. Unless you have chest pain on exertion you need not worry about heart disease and need no tests and check ups prior to that. All you have to do is to maintain dietary restriction (like avoidance of red meat, alcohol etc.)
