What Do These Lab Reports Indicate?
Menstrual abnormalities are due to PCOD.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Your menstrual abnormalities are due to your PCOD. For that you should consult gynecologist.
You have splenomegaly.
Your complete blood count almost normal.
So it rule out leukemia and myeloproliferative disease.
Your coombh test is negative and G6PD is normal. So no hemolytic anemia.
Your liver is normal so there is no chance of cirrhosis or portal hypertension.
Your peripheral smear is normal so malaria is less likely.
Other cause of enlarged swollen are viral disease like infectious mononucleosis. kala azar, tuberculosis, lymphoma, hypersplenism, storage disease, SLE etc.
Please give me answer of some questions.
Do you have any fever, do you have any enlarged lymphnode, joint pain, any rashes.
Your dS DNA is slightly high but ANA is negative and C3 is low.
So diagnosis is in dialema.
You should go for ANA by IIF, malaria by card test, and test for infectious mononucleosis.
Then we will plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
I will be happy to answer.

Thanks for your prompt reply. The previous attached medical reports contains SLE profile also as suggested by our Homoepath. Hope you had noticed that.
"Do you have any fever, do you have any enlarged lymphnode, joint pain, any rashes." - She doesn't have any of these complaints except for joint pain rarely.
Kindly suggest what tests to be done, so that we can do the tests and share you the reports.
She should get tested for infectious mononucleosis.

I have gone through your all reports. You have gone through SLE by Elisa. It's ok.
She has undiagnosed splenomegaly. Her all reports are almost normal and rule out many common causes of splenomegaly.
She should go for infectious mononucleosis and malaria card test.
If both of this tests are negative then it should be closely monitored.
Later on if it remains undiagnosed then bone marrow examination can be done.
