Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you of your husband situation I would like to tell you that symptoms of chest pain along with hypokinesia of some segment of heart with deranged lipid profile is highly suggestive that he has some coronary artery disease which can anytime lead to a heart attack.
So first of all its most important to get his coronaries evaluated by getting an angiography done so that we can get to know the extent of the disease and decide treatment accordingly.
After that lifestyle modifications will be required which includes Exercise and a healthy diet plan with No SMOKING if he do. Yoga and pranayam will be helpful.
He should avoid all fatty food stuff, junk food, increase the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.
I hope this information will be helpful and guide you properly.
Kind regards

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Regarding the CT Coronary Angiography reports, most likely possibility in your husband's case is the recanalisation of the coronary artery after a minor cardiac event. That may have caused the hypokinesia.
He just needs to maintain healthy lifestyle habits like going for a daily morning walk for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week, avoiding saturated fats and deep fried food, junk food, including a good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in the daily diet and taking medication regularly as prescribed by his doctor.
Kind Regards
