Brief Answer:
Dietary control advisable.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and have checked the mentioned reports. The raised trigliceride level can be regulated through dietary control. Certain medicines would also help but are optional. Raised blood lipids predispose you to lipid deposition in the blood vessels supplying the heart and therefore heart disease.

The creatinine level is a measure of kidney function. It is on the higher side and therefore needs to be monitored periodically.

However, if kept in dietary control and proper medication you can lead a normal life and need not worry. You need to walk and exercise daily in the morning.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Let me apologize for the inadvertent delay.

I would not insist you to take medication right now. Try dietary regulation first. The regulations are rather simple. Take a fiber rich diet. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially colourful ones. Take sea fish twice a week. Avoid junk food and limit salt intake. Avoid or limit intake of fatty foods. Restrict the total amount in meals. Avoid taking red meat altogether.

That should be enough. Retest after 3 months and get back to me thereafter.
