What Do These X-ray And MRI Reports Indicate?

Rest in cast will help in healing.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through X-ray and MRI scan. There is a minor undisplaced hairline fracture of tibial plateau along with a soft tissue injury.
Usually such minor fractures do heal with rest in cast or in a knee brace. Surgery is not required. But you will have to take absolute rest with no weight bearing for next 3-4 weeks. After that cast can be removed and non weight bearing physiotherapy can be started.
Any surgical treatment can be avoided right now.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You can only do a partial weight bearing with a knee brace with the help of walker or a stick.
Yes you can remove the brace while keeping the leg straight and apply an ice pack on the knee.
Hope my answer is helpful.
