
What Do Visible Knots On The Torso Indicate?

I have knots the size of my palm from my neck down to my calf. The one by my shoulder blade gives pain all the way to the back of my right ear and is giving me headaches the ones on my lower back don't travel any were but are very deep they are at the point were I cannot massage them anymore
My whole butt is knots
My forearms
I am not running a fever.

Knots visible over such an extent can suggest neurofibromatosis as a diagnosis. However, it could also be generalized lymphadenopathy.
For the pain and discomfort , paracetamol or acetaminophen can be advised. The knots need to be physically examined to look for adhesion, fixation, trans illumination to determine if they are lumps of fat or lymph nodes or any other solid cystic structure. Tissue diagnosis can be confirmatory in this regard by excision of the lump and sending it for histopathology.
