What Do Yellow Nasal Drip And Headaches Indicate?
Question: I have yellow fluid dripping out of my nose when I bend over and very bad headaches on and off for a few weeks... I dont do sick.... and generally very well.

You seem to be suffering from Chronic Allergic Sinusitis that is causing such yellow discharge from your nose as well as the headache.
For the confirmation of the diagnosis you need to get an X-Ray Para nasal sinuses.
Following treatment is recommended:
1. To take an anti Allergic like Levocetrizine once a day.
2. To do steam inhalation at least 2-3 times a day.
3. To use Fluticasone nasal spray 1puff daily in each nostril.
Follow all this for about 2 weeks and write back to me with results.
