Not a Major Concern.Medical management would suffice.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.
I understand your query and concern.
As per your angiogram report you does not seem to have major cardiac issue warranting special therapeutic procedures like Coronary stenting or Bypass operation.
You seem to very mild CAD which is common for your age.
The main vessels like LAD and LCX are relatively normal for your age.
The diagonal branches even though are involved are usually considered insignificant in causing you the disease.
For the current Mild CAD,you only require conservative medical management in the form of antiplatelet, and antihypertensive drugs.
The likely cause of chest discomfort in your case,is the elevated blood pressure 170/80 mm of Hg.
You need to keep your blood pressure well under 130/80 mm of Hg.
For this you may need additional antihypertensive medications like Metolar XR 25 mg twice a day for at least 6 months.
Reduce the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.
Please note this drug has to be taken only under strict medical prescription.
Thank you.
