Symptoms generally restricted to seizure...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Calcified granuloma seen on the recent MRI scan is mostly from the healed cysticercus (worm). This calcification will remain in the brain until life.
It's symptoms are usually restricted to seizure. If the last seizure activity was 8 months ago, your doctor can consider ordering EEG. Based on EEG results, valparin may be slowly tapered and withdrawn - if there are no seizure activity recorded.
A neurologist is the ideal doctor who can manage this condition. If you haven't consulted one, you should meet one now.
Hope I am clear.
Regards
