Brief Answer:
NEED MORE DETAILS
Detailed Answer:
Hello
From the report it appears that the right tube is open, while the left tube has some blockage.
This can be due to various reasons - tubal spasm, adhesions, mass near the end of the tubes or ovaries etc.
HSG is not conclusive, a laparoscopy is the next best step.
However , even one open tube can lead to fertility
Since how long are you trying to conceive ?
Is your husband's semen analysis normal ?
Do you have regular cycles ?
Has ovulation been monitored in your case ?
what is your height and weight ?
Have you been pregnant before ?
Why was this HSG done, and what other tests have been done so far ?
Please write back with these details.

Brief Answer:
WORKUP OUTLINED
Detailed Answer:
You should be having the following workup -
1. Husband semen analysis ( even if he had a child in the past ).
2. Follicular monitoring for you, to check ovulation.
3. Hormones to check ovarian reserve ( capacity of ovaries to produce good eggs ) - FSH, LH, AMH, TSH, Prolactin.
4. If you do not conceive inspite of 3 cycles of ovulation documented by monitoring, go for laparoscopy to check the tubes again.
Take daily folic acid and exercise regularly and eat healthy.
All the best
