Hi doctor, yes I have a son in 2011 and a miscarry in 2013. the result of the tes says: this
,the appear to be some filling of the fallopian tube on the right and there is some spillage of contract to the peritoneal cavity noted on the right as well. Normal appearance of the right fallopian tube is not well-defined . The tube may in fact be abnormal.|The left tube was never seen filled with contrast and is presumable occluded. There is some leakage of contrast from the endometrial cavity to the uterine interstitium, draining by uterine veins.

Brief Answer:
Laparoscopy should be done to confirm.
Detailed Answer:
Okay.
Thank you for the information.
HSG is not a very reliable test for diagnosing whether the tubes are open or closed.
A lot of women undergo tubal spasm while going HSG, so it is possible that this report is giving you a false picture.
Also, the right tube is having some amount of spillage, so it maybe open.
There is again possibility that the left tube is blocked, and right one damaged due to the miscarriage you had earlier.
You need to confirm these findings by having a laparoscopy test done, which is the gold standard for checking fallopian tube patency.
Also, you should get your partner's semen analysis test done.
Plus, follicular monitoring for yourself to check if you are ovulating well.
That workup will then reveal where the problem lies.
At 37, you need to have aggressive steps for conceiving soon.
Hope this information helps you.

Thanks Doctor for the answer. But I have had a baby in 2011, then miscarries 2013, so what can damage the tubes now?
Brief Answer:
Only laparoscopy will clarify
Detailed Answer:
Yes, it is possible that the miscarriage might have damaged the tubes.
Again, it is possible that HSG report might be erroneous, leading to a false report.
Laparoscopy will clarify the picture.
