Question: My LS Spine AP/ Lat View Xray report showed following finding;
1.Loss of lumber lordosis
2. Minimal Marginal osteophytosis
3.L5/L1 disc space is dimnished
4. Posterior elements and soft tissue are normal
5 XXXXXXX SI joints.
Please suggest the treatment on above findings.
