Brief Answer:
Dont worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..
Mild early diastolic notch is an indicator of gestational hypertension or intrauterine growth restriction.. So regular BP check up monthly and scan need to be done to detect the growth restriction is the fetus..
It will affect the baby only if there is severe growth restriction.. So regular scan need to be done to detecting any chance of growth restriction in fetus and treated according.. Take high protein diet and lots of water..
There is no method to rectify this.. It is just an indicator.. So dont worry..
Hope I have answered your query.. Feel free to ask any doubts.. good day..
