Brief Answer:
PSA reading -highest possible levels/Under Evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-PSA reading -highest possible levels/Under Evaluation

Impression in brief-leave this subject of Highest possible level of PSA-to the treating doctor, who would study many factors before deciding which is highest PSA level-for your particular given case.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for the query to HCM.
Dear I understand your concern at your age. PSA test is suggestive of the PSA cell load from Prostate Tissue and is normally present in the semen. Its levels in the blood are very less normally.
It is the rising levels of PSA in given period -which may indicate the invasive character and bad prognosis of any given case of Prostate Cancer which is proved by Biopsy but reliability of this test is confusing and should be left to the treating Expert Urologist.
Rising PSA indicates the invasive and deadly nature of Prostate Cancer in a case of Prostatic Cancer already proved.
HIghest level reported could be 20 nano units / ml in the blood of the Prostatic Cancer.
And for your age up to 6.5 units could be normal. Its the rising levels of PSA over the earlier one which indicates the possibility of Cancer in Prostate.
In such a case the rising trend or the immediate high rise indicates the recurrence in proved cancer patient
-or the occurence of Prostatic Cancer in normal individuals.
High levels only increase the possibility of Prosatic cancer or its invasiveness with prognostic indication and life survival in end stage patients.
I would suggest you to leave this subject to the treating doctor, who would study many factors before deciding which is highest PSA level-for your particular given case.
Hope this has replied your query with satisfaction.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.
