Hello,

whether 46 is high or normal depends on the normal range that this particular lab has (labs may use different test kits and therefore have different normal values). For most labs 46 would be only slightly higher than normal. The drugs you're taking may well cause this slight (or even greater) elevation in gamma-GT and other liver enzymes. Alcohol consumption may do so too.

Isolated elevation of gamma-GT levels (without high alkaline phosphatase and/or transaminases) is usually caused by the toxic effect of drugs or alcohol. If this is your case then this is not important and you can forget about it. If you have more abnormal values or any symptom then further investigation would be required.
