What Does A Cut In Urethral Opening Indicate?

The scratch had been there the whole two years it just bothers me some of the time. Just had a online dermatologist tell me it could be herpes which I find nearly impossible. Would like another opinion. On the herpes thing. Because in my mind there is no way in hell that it was it is
Heparin, allantoin based cream and steroid cream

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can see you are in trouble because of confusing opinions given by doctors and I will make sure your query is resolved in rightful way.
To be honest to make a definitive diagnosis in absence of actual examination, by just having look at clinical pictures is challenging sometimes.
After keen review of your pictures and history, I am pretty sure this is not herpes or any STD. It seems like tiny scar may be due to trauma.
I would suggest some practical regimen considering its a scar on sensitive area like genital mucosa.
Apply a gel containing heparin, allantoin and cepae extract ( CONTRACTUBEX) twice a day over it.
In afternoon apply steroid like Mometasone mixed with fusidic acid gently ONLY over affected area ( Tip: Use blunt end of toothpick to apply cream)
Additionally, at bedtime you may use tretinoin 0.25 gel ( Note: Tretinoin is something that is usually not used on mucosa as its irritant but at same time useful for scarring. Its should be applied with precaution with blunt end of toothpick. Surrounding skin can be protected by thin layer of moisturiser. If you are not comfortable with tretinoin you may omit it as its not mandatory )
The results might take long time (months) to be apparent, so patience is requested from your side.
Once onto the regimen, You can keep me
in loop and regular follow up about your status every 2-4 weeks.
Hope you will be fine soon.
Thank you
