What Does A Heart Rate Between 90 And 101 Indicate?
Question: Hi, I am having a heart-beating-too-fast issue. Lately, in the morning upon awaken, I made it a point to measure my heart rate, and usually it is about 80/min or fewer. Then I do my exercise, which consisting of rubbing my stomach a thousand times, in 100 times per try, after which I measure my heart rate again. It is in the high nineties and usually persists for hours right into the afternoon. I took a cup of very light tea in the interim of my exercise as I afraid that I may have caffeine sensitivity. While I was working several years back, I had a chance to measure my heart rate as well as my blood pressure and heart rate measured were always on the high side(90s-101). I think I was taking at least two cups of strong tea a day. Now that I no longer take strong tea but only exercise, I now still have my heart racing, in the last two or three days, it is confusing to me as the initial reading in the morning is reasonable. Any clue?
Brief Answer:
Your HR is within normal limits...
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Your heart rate is within normal limirs and you shouldn't worry about that. It's n9rmal for hr to be around 80 bpm at rest and raise up to 120 bpm during exercise.
As long as you don't have any symptoms you shouldn't worry and don't need to get any medication for that.
Hope this will be of help!
