Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, i have seen the attachment and it needs surgical removal.
Removal is needed only for cosmetic reason but in case you don't want to go for surgery then it can be left as such.
But in case you develop a lot of itching or feel a lum then resort to proper evaluation in the form of breast ultrasound.
All the best.

Respected Doctor, i want to know that after seen the attachment and symptoms as described by me, is it dangerous to left as where is? or is it will carry danger like breast cancer etc. near future?
Brief Answer:
You can leave it like that...
Detailed Answer:
No there is no problem in leaving it as such.
But there are certain features which will warrant you to go to a surgeon and get it evaluated further which are sudden increase in size, palpable lump below the lesion or severe itching over the area.
Chances of cancer in future are very less but still can't be negated as a whole.
Take care.
