Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.
You should know that a line next to the letter "T," even if the line is faint, and a line next to the letter "C", means that you have a positive test result and you may have HIV.
What I suggest you to do a second test to confirm your test result and to meet an Infectious diseases specialist for further information and test.
Related your concern you should know that a positive result with this test does not mean that you are definitely infected with HIV.
I hope my answer helps you. Please feel free to ask me further.
