Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
Although the skin lesion looks like s completely benign lesion called cheery angioma to me ,but I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition.
The picture quality is not that great ,so I would request you to please click some close up good resolution pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page .
Also please tell if there is any associated pain or itching or discomfort.
I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me better close up pictures.

Hi again
I have seen the attached picture.
You have developed a lesion of cherry angioma or de XXXXXXX spot .
It is basically a benign or harmless skin lesion which can be left as such .
Only if it is a cosmetic problem ,then you can consider its removal .
