What Does A Rounded Structure At The Genital Area Indicate?

There are no lymph nodes near anogenital area.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit small and specific.
Read your history of a male - 19 years - feeling of some rounded structure in the anogenital distance area on left side - Wants to know is it Lymph node or something else.
To answer your query: there are no lymph nodes in this area at all, hence can not be a lymph node.
There is a possibility of a boil / lipoma or a cyst / fistula and so on, and this will depend upon the site, size, duration, pain or not , any discharge of fluid or pus.
Please let me know the details so that I can tell you more about it.
Well, this is definitely not normal, hence I would advise you to get the clinical evaluation and physically checked by a General Surgeon for more clear diagnosis.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for more relevant questions or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication .
Please give the feedback and details.

It does not exist in every person or every male
Detailed Answer:
Thank for your feedback.
Anything just under the skin and of a size of just half a centimeter can not be a bone or a nerve in normal circumstances.
Got the history of the lump- does not move - round small structure - half cm - under the skin - no bulgy surface - painless and for 2 years - no enlargement in 2 years -
It does not exist in every person or every male.

May need Surgery
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and the clear marked picture.
The area you have marked is on the border of the perineal and scrotal area.
Such lumps can not be cured by any medicines.
Yes, it can disappear on its own as the body also takes care of such lumps.
But since you are giving history of 2 years of its existence although without any change, you can either keep it as it is or get it removed by surgery. This is small at present and the surgery will be small incision.
There are 2 benefits of removal of such lumps:
1. You get rid of the lump and
2. You get the actual diagnosis by sending the sample for histo-pathology.
Consulting and actual examination by the Surgeon can clear the matter more.
